. . . what a shame, the original formula has been replaced!, 
I ran out of my Brasso in a "can" and needed to purchase more; not thinking that the repackaging in a plastic bottle was anything different I ordered one. This new ammonia smelling formula of Brasso does not work. Spots don't come off of copper and it doesn't buff the brass to a mirror shine like the old formula did. Please, do not waste your money on this! The great news is - I finally found a product that does the same thing as the old Brasso, it's called "No-Wet / Ultra Metal Polish" . . . now this stuff works - sorry Brasso.
